1. General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09bte platform and all of its services. When you visit the 09bte website, create an account, or use any service, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any difference in interpretation between languages, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

09bte's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Creating, managing, or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

A user may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is explicitly prohibited and may result in the closure of all active accounts.

You must also confirm that receiving online gaming services from your place of residence is lawful. The responsibility for complying with applicable laws rests entirely with the user.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at 09bte via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required during identity verification or in cases of unusual transactions.

4.3 Transaction Verification

09bte only permits the use of payment methods registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, both parties' accounts will be subject to investigation.

09bte is committed to preventing money laundering. We monitor suspicious transactions and unusual financial activity, and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities when necessary.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. The current bonus wagering requirement is 10 times (10x).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt to claim bonuses unfairly, claim bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

09bte reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Each promotion's own terms and conditions apply.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

09bte believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes may result in account closure.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server or technical fault, 09bte will attempt to verify and refund the correct amount. However, 09bte is not liable for losses caused by technical faults.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain funds
• Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 09bte's Rights

09bte reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Use of a third-party payment method

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify the support team. Before closure, ensure all pending bets are settled and your balance is withdrawn.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 09bte website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and all other elements — is the intellectual property of 09bte. Reproducing, distributing, or using these for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) retain their own intellectual property rights, and their own terms and conditions apply to the use of their content.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account
